Dr Benjamin Apap has a degree in a Bachelor of Applied Science (Complimentary Medicine), a Masters of Clinical Chiropractic and is a member of the Chiropractic Association of Australia. He has experience in wide range of chiropractic techniques with a particular focus in low-force adjusting techniques that are gentle, safe and effective for patients of all ages. In addition, secondary modalities are often used with his treatments, which include massage, dry needling and mobilisation.
Benjamin is passionate about helping his patients understand the root cause of their injury, allowing them to appreciate the importance of spinal health to prevent other problems in the future. He believes in the combination of regular chiropractic care, exercise, a healthy diet and relaxation to help achieve optimal health and wellbeing.

Dr Amy Delac has a three year Bachelor Degree and two year Master’s Degree at RMIT and she is passionate about Chiropractic and working with the patients towards achieving optimal health and wellbeing.
Amy practices a variety of gentle and effective treatments and techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT), dry needling and soft tissue therapies. These treatment types are effective for all age groups, including infants and the elderly.
Amy is a very knowledgeable practitioner with extensive experience working in Out-Reach clinics in St Kilda and Collingwood. She is passionate about Chiropractic and working with the Glengala Health patients to achieve better health and wellbeing.

Jack graduated from Auckland University in 2010 and initially practised in Townsville. His focus on sports podiatry, and work with the North Queensland Cowboys NRL team and members of the Australian Defence Force, gained him experience treating a wide range of biomechanical conditions.
Moving to London to focus his work on other key aspects of podiatry, Jack concentrated on high risk wound care and nail surgery. He was running specialist weekly clinics for the National Health Service, as well as working in general podiatry. Jack actively keeps his knowledge current with the latest evidence-based practices by attending regular conferences, educational seminars and continued professional development.
Jack’s services treat a wide range of issues including knee and ankle pain, fungal nails, Achilles Tendinitis, heel and arch pain, flat feet, ingrown toenails, nail care and hard skin. Jack is experienced in all aspects of podiatry and understands what it takes to implement a comprehensive treatment plan to reduce any kind of lower limb pain you may be suffering.

Chris is a graduate of La Trobe University, having completed the Bachelor of Applied Science/ Master of Podiatric Practice, and is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association.
Through his studies at University and attending seminars and educational workshops, Chris has developed a variety of skills within the podiatry realm and aims to consistently deliver the highest level of patient satisfaction. Chris believes patients are to be treated as active participants in their health care, and should be empowered by practitioners to take action. Therefore, Chris places emphasis on providing patient education and including patient directed interventions as part of his care plans. Chris works in collaboration with patients to determine their goals, before developing an individually tailored care plan, that is considerate of their wider health and wellbeing needs.
Chris is interested in all areas of podiatry, while he has a passion for biomechanics and the management of musculoskeletal conditions of the leg and foot through multifaceted approaches. Chris has also worked closely with elderly patients, and is very familiar with the types of care that they require. As a new graduate, Chris is familiar with the most recent podiatry literature that informs the care he provides to his expanding patient base.

Dr Say Phommasone has a unique integrative knowledge of Chinese and Western medicine. She completed Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Russia. In order to understand more about human health and well being, she refined her knowledge by taking 4 years full time study in Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine in Auckland, New Zealand.
She had successful ran her own clinic in Auckland for more than 12 years before moving to Melbourne in order to support her children while they attend school here.

Natalie is our newest member to join the Glengala Health Team. Natalie graduated with a dual qualification- A diploma of Remedial Massage and an Advanced Diploma of Sports Therapy and has qualifications in cupping and dry needling. She specialises in joint mobilisations, functional movement, rehabilitation and pain management.
Natalie is quite active, having coached and played competitive tennis from a very young age and has previously worked in all levels of football with Melbourne Football Club, Northern Blues Football Club and currently a head trainer at her local Football Club. She prides herself on building a strong relationship with each and every one of her clients so that they will be treated in the very best way possible and work closely together to eliminate presenting issue.

Paris is a Qualified Nutritionist and an Accredited Practicing Dietitian.
Paris holds a Masters of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Science, Majoring in Food Science, from Deakin University in Melbourne. She has also completed training in the non-diet approach, infant nutrition and eating disorders through The Victorian Centre of Excellence in Eating Disorders (CEED). She is a member with the Dietitians Association Australia (DAA), The National Eating Disorder Collaboration (NEDC) and is in the Health Behaviour and Weight Management Interest Group Leadership Team with her professional association.
Paris is passionate about reducing the burden of disease in Australia by helping her clients better understand the relationship between nutrition and health to empower them to succeed with their health goals. Paris is experienced in the nutritional management of a range of clinical conditions and has an excellent understanding of diet-disease relationships. Maree has had the opportunity to practice as a psychologist in a vast range of settings and has experiencing providing intervention for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group therapy.
Maree has experience in treating a range of mental health issues across the life span such as depression, anxiety/stress, and other mood disorders, personality disorders, drug, alcohol, and gambling addictions, eating disorders, self-esteem and body issues, and also grief related counselling. Maree has also had experience working with children who display a range of psychological difficulties, adjustment disorders, attachment disorders, trauma related disorders, and developmental disorders such as Autism and/or ADHD.
Maree utilizes a range of therapeutic interventions and adapts a unique care plan to each of her clients which includes a range of evidence based strategies that are suited to each client’s individual therapeutic goals. Theresa is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy at Endeavour College of Natural Health and understands the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle along with incorporated Chiropractic care for overall general well-being as she has also been a patient at this clinic for many years herself. Now through her studies and experiences as part of the Glengala Health team, she wishes to strengthen her knowledge of the many modalities that make up complementary health care.

Renae has completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science at La Trobe University, and is now studying a Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. In 2015, Renae also completed a Certificate III in Sports and Recreation, and in 2019 undertook an internship with Exercise Research Australia, where she also obtained a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance.
Her experience in the Allied Health field combined with her own treatments, means that Renae understands the importance of maintaining good health through Allied Health care. Renae strongly recommends Chiropractic care combined with the care of other disciplines, for the abundance of benefits they provide.
