Dr Benjamin Apap has a degree in a Bachelor of Applied Science (Complimentary Medicine), a Masters of Clinical Chiropractic and is a member of the Chiropractic Association of Australia. He has experience in wide range of chiropractic techniques with a particular focus in low-force adjusting techniques that are gentle, safe and effective for patients of all ages. In addition, secondary modalities are often used with his treatments, which include massage, dry needling and mobilisation.

Benjamin is passionate about helping his patients understand the root cause of their injury, allowing them to appreciate the importance of spinal health to prevent other problems in the future. He believes in the combination of regular chiropractic care, exercise, a healthy diet and relaxation to help achieve optimal health and wellbeing.


Dr. Amy Delac

Dr Amy Delac has a three year Bachelor Degree and two year Master’s Degree at RMIT and she is passionate about Chiropractic and working with the patients towards achieving optimal health and wellbeing.

Amy practices a variety of gentle and effective treatments and techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT), dry needling and soft tissue therapies. These treatment types are effective for all age groups, including infants and the elderly.

Amy is a very knowledgeable practitioner with extensive experience working in Out-Reach clinics in St Kilda and Collingwood. She is passionate about Chiropractic and working with the Glengala Health patients to achieve better health and wellbeing.


Jack Duffy

BHSc in Podiatry, M.A.Pod.A

Jack graduated from Auckland University in 2010 and initially practised in Townsville. His focus on sports podiatry, and work with the North Queensland Cowboys NRL team and members of the Australian Defence Force, gained him experience treating a wide range of biomechanical conditions.

Moving to London to focus his work on other key aspects of podiatry, Jack concentrated on high risk wound care and nail surgery. He was running specialist weekly clinics for the National Health Service, as well as working in general podiatry. Jack actively keeps his knowledge current with the latest evidence-based practices by attending regular conferences, educational seminars and continued professional development.

Jack’s services treat a wide range of issues including knee and ankle pain, fungal nails, Achilles Tendinitis, heel and arch pain, flat feet, ingrown toenails, nail care and hard skin. Jack is experienced in all aspects of podiatry and understands what it takes to implement a comprehensive treatment plan to reduce any kind of lower limb pain you may be suffering.

Natalie graduated from LaTrobe University in 2007 and has over 10 years of experience in the podiatry profession. This experience has involved treating all aspects of podiatric practice from young children through to the elderly. Natalie is passionate about the importance of foot health and its effect on a patient's wellbeing. Over the years Natalie's knowledge and skills have been developed in numerous clinics throughout broader Melbourne.

She has a special interest in diabetes and the associated impact on a person’s quality of life. Sports related injuries and the need for orthotic therapy is another interest, as she herself leads an active lifestyle and understands how debilitating some foot problems can be. In addition, she has worked extensively in the aged care sector providing regular visits to nursing home residents and those unable to leave the family home.

Natalie has a keen interest in keeping up-to-date with the latest treatment options, footwear technology and research. She is a regular conference attendee who works to industry best-practice and brings with her a positive attitude that all patients can relate to. Her experience is across all areas of podiatry and she looks forward to developing a new patient base.

Dr. Jessica Ong is a doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is registered in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine with the Chinese Medicine Registration Board of Victoria (CMRBV) as well as the Australian Health Board (APHRA). After graduating from RMIT with honors and completing a 5-year double degree in Chinese Medicine and Human Biology, she furthered her clinical experience by completing a clinical internship at Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine in Nanjing, China.

She worked in various clinics throughout Melbourne before moving overseas and working at an international renowned 5-star spa for the last 8 years. She not only ran a busy 4-room clinic in a multidisciplinary setting but was also responsible for educating people through seminars and workshops on a weekly basis about the benefits of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. Through her practice overseas she was able to not only broaden her experience and knowledge, but it also enabled her to develop an interest in treating a wide variety of different disorders, such as musculoskeletal, acute/ chronic pain disorders, weight loss, digestive issues, arthritis, neuropathy, inner ear disorders as well as stress related and emotional disorders.

As a Chinese Medicine practitioner, Dr. Jessica Ong wants to make sure that Chinese medicine continues to grow with Western Medicine to ensure the best treatment for the public. She believes in a holistic approach and by integrating both Western Medicine alongside Complementary medicine she believes it will give people more options in the treatment of their health concerns, and therefore a better way of living. She aims to not only help restore the patient’s health but also give them a better state of wellbeing.

Natalie is our newest member to join the Glengala Health Team. Natalie graduated with a dual qualification- A diploma of Remedial Massage and an Advanced Diploma of Sports Therapy and has qualifications in cupping and dry needling. She specialises in joint mobilisations, functional movement, rehabilitation and pain management.

Natalie is quite active, having coached and played competitive tennis from a very young age and has previously worked in all levels of football with Melbourne Football Club, Northern Blues Football Club and currently a head trainer at her local Football Club. She prides herself on building a strong relationship with each and every one of her clients so that they will be treated in the very best way possible and work closely together to eliminate presenting issue.

Ngoc is a registered provisional psychologist with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) degree at RMIT University and a Masters of Professional Psychology at Monash University. Ngoc is working towards her general registration as a psychologist and is practicing under the supervision of experienced clinicians and psychologists.

Ngoc has had previous experience through placements and volunteering roles with working with children, adolescents and adults. Ngoc is passionate with the promotion of mental health in both a community and private setting, and finds importance is raising awareness to decrease any stigma or stereotypes towards mental health.

Ngoc’s counselling style is tailored to each unique individual, based on their personality, circumstances and goals. Ngoc applies a person-centred approach, with a very positive attitude towards helping and assisting clients with their goals.

Cassie is a qualified nutritionist and accredited practicing Dietitian. She completed a Bachelor of Human Nutrition, a Masters of Dietetics and is a member of the Dietitian’s Association of Australia.

Cassie has experience managing a wide range of medical conditions including diabetes, allergies and intolerances, kidney disease, liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease including Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis, malnutrition, weight management and optimal nutrition for various ages and life stages including pre and post-natal. Cassie also has experience with patients after surgery to meet their nutritional needs and improve recovery back to their normal selves.

Cassie takes a patient-centred approach and is dedicated to meet her patient’s health priorities with a caring and empathetic Dietetic service. Cassie uses medical nutrition therapy to manage her patient’s medical conditions and to meet their health goals. She is passionate about good food and nutrition, believes in lifestyle balance, intuitive eating and helping her patients achieve optimal nutrition to improve their health and wellbeing.

Maree is a registered psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology degree at ACU and a Masters of Clinical Psychology at Federation University. Maree is working towards her clinical endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Maree has had the opportunity to practice as a psychologist in a vast range of settings and has experiencing providing intervention for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group therapy.

Maree has experience in treating a range of mental health issues across the life span such as depression, anxiety/stress, and other mood disorders, personality disorders, drug, alcohol, and gambling addictions, eating disorders, self-esteem and body issues, and also grief related counselling. Maree has also had experience working with children who display a range of psychological difficulties, adjustment disorders, attachment disorders, trauma related disorders, and developmental disorders such as Autism and/or ADHD.

Maree utilizes a range of therapeutic interventions and adapts a unique care plan to each of her clients which includes a range of evidence based strategies that are suited to each client’s individual therapeutic goals. Maree adopts a very positive and optimistic approach to her work and is dedicated to helping clients improve their well-being and overall quality of life.

Rebecca has more than 6 years of experience working as a clinical assistant in the medical sector. Originally of Filipino descent & growing up surrounded by a family of doctors, surgeons and nurses, she is very much aware of the importance of healthy living & sharing the same knowledge to other people.

Although there were no allied health practitioners in the Philippines, working in this industry has been new to her and although sceptic at first, she now believes that involvement of allied health practitioners results to a better & improved lifestyle.

Theresa is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy at Endeavour College of Natural Health and understands the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle along with incorporated Chiropractic care for overall general well-being as she has also been a patient at this clinic for many years herself. Now through her studies and experiences as part of the Glengala Health team, she wishes to strengthen her knowledge of the many modalities that make up complementary health care.

Renae Wilke

Renae is currently completing her Bachelor of Exercise Science at LaTrobe University, with the aim to go on to study Chiropractic or Physiotherapy thereafter. In 2015, Renae completed her Certificate III in Sports and Recreation, and decided she wanted to follow a career in sport.

Being both an assistant coach and a competitor for Calisthenics Victoria for over 10 years, Renae understands the importance of maintaining good health and alignment. Having received Chiropractic treatment for a number of years, Renae strongly recommends Chiropractic care as well as other allied health services for the many benefits they provide.
